Claims & Returns

There Is A Lot Of Detail Below.
Here's A Quick Summary Of Some Important Things To Know.

When you get a shipment from Legion Paper, it is crucial to inspect the shipment before the carrier leaves. Note any damage on the delivery receipt with the word DAMAGED. This is the most critical thing you can do in order to get freight claims resolved.

If the carrier won't wait for you to perform an inspection, then you do not need to accept the delivery. Notify us immediately if a shipment needs to be refused.

If you want to return something, let us know by emailing orders@legionpaper.com, and we will issue an RMA number. Our warehouses may refuse returns without RMA numbers. The RMA number will also speed the process up of issuing a credit.

Inspect the paper before you print, cut, fold, score, punch, or alter it in any other way. We can't take back paper that's not in the original packaging, or if it has been used in any way.

The Official Claims & Returns Policy

All claims of any nature pertaining to shipments must be made in writing within 15 days of the receipt of the merchandise; otherwise, claims will not be allowed.

In the event of damage incurred in transit, via small parcel (UPS/Fedex), you must retain all packaging materials, including the outer carton with a shipping label.

For LTL shipments, you must clearly write "Damaged" on the driver's bill of lading and sign. These are carrier requirements for claims. Although Legion Paper cannot be held responsible for any such damage, we will provide any information and assistance necessary with filing the claim.

We cannot accept any claims reported beyond the 15-day period from receipt of the order.

No claims will be allowed after the paper is cut, printed, punched, or otherwise altered.

It is the consignee’s responsibility to verify that all cartons, pallets, and containers are accounted for, and exhibit no damage when receiving shipments from Legion’s carriers. Neglect to do so will forfeit your right to contest missing or damaged items on the shipment order.

Once a shipment is signed as complete or in good condition, the carrier will not honor any claims.

No returns will be accepted without approval, and special-order items cannot be returned.

All cancellations of stock items by customers will be subject to a 15% reconditioning charge plus freight both ways.

Please call or email Legion (orders@legionpaper.com) for a return authorization number and the return shipping address.

No order can be returned without an RMA number.
